In order to excel in this role, you must have a Degree or Diploma in Project and Facilities Management/ Electrical/Building or equivalent with 3 years of experience , preferably a Qualified FSM. You are able to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly, ability to multitask and maintain a budget. You have proven comfort and experience to interact effectively with customers and associates, both inside and outside of the organization. You are proficient in MS Office and able demonstrate sound coordinating and personal interface skills.
 

You will oversee building services work in assigned building, acting as liaison with internal stakeholders for the provision of facility services in the building, ensuring that facilities are properly maintained and optimally functioning at all times. Involve in reviewing the policies and procedures relating to operations and maintenance of building services systems in the Campus, perform on-site data collection and analysis of the systems and monitor the quality of performance from outsourced contractors. You will also manage new service initiatives and renovations projects from conception to implementation. Involved in ISO and Standard Operational Procedures – coordinate, plan and execute ISO Projects and other accreditation schemes including the Utilities Conservation and other related Projects.
