Competencies

In order to excel in this role, you must have a Masters Degree in Public Policy or equivalent with more than 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in or with government agencies in Asia. You are experience working on programmes or projects for international institutions or clients and has sound information technology skills, including use of various IT platforms and ability to pick up new skills quickly. You possesses excellent written and spoken communication skills in english and is an excellent team player, motivated, takes initiative and willing to work some irregular hours when required.

 
ResponsibiliTies

The Executive Education Manager will have to support the development and delivery of high quality executive education programmes and the ongoing fiscal sustainability of the department. This position will have a particular focus on designing programmes, reviewing those designed by the team, and developing new business.

In this role, you will need to engage potential clients to determine their needs and work closely with faculty and the Executive Education team to develop high quality programme proposals. You will review and enhance proposals developed by the team and assist the Executive Director to assess the business environment and develop new products and positioning that meets market demand. You will also be engaged in contract negotiations, write publicity materials for website and other publications, deliver the programme and oversee logistics (including being directly involved in logistical support from time to time), predominantly in Singapore but occasionally overseas if required. Lastly to conduct post-programme evaluation with client and faculty and ensure this is used for continuous improvement.
