•   Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent
•   At least 5 years of engineering sales/business development experience
•   Possesses own vehicle
•   Knowledge of broad and diverse range of technical areas and industry verticals
•   Able to interact well with internal and external parties both at working and management level
•   Organised, detailed and results-oriented
•   Able to work in a vibrant & dynamnic workplace

 

•   Approach companies & organisations to promote & solicit for Engineering Project Proposals for the institute :
  •          Present organisation's program to working and management levels
  •          Make follow?up calls to encourage company to submit project proposals
  •          Work with companies during scoping phase to ensure alignment with the project requirements
  •          Review potential project proposals with our internal committee & industry partners in joint review sessions
  •          Work with industry partners to revise proposals until acceptance by internal Committee
  •          After proposal acceptance, follow through on finalising the agreement with company
  •          Upon agreement sign?off, to ensure timely receipt of original agreement copy & sponsor sum
•   During project implementation period , to work with faculty instructors and industry partners to resolve project issues (eg project delays, scope changes, student performance issues)
•   Develop, build up and maintain close relationships with industry partners

  At least 5 years of engineering sales/business development experience in the education sector preferred
