- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
- With at least 5 years of hands-on management experience in FMCG industry/marketing
- Must be familiar dealing with research, media and trade marketing, key account development and brand building and have an affinity for building solid business relationships
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office
- With good presentation skills

ResponsibiliTies |
- Translates management’s marketing and brand objectives into strategic directions
- Oversees product management including monitor product distribution, and consumer reactions through focus groups, market visits and market research
- Develops brand plans and implements marketing programmes
- Co-ordinates launch programmes to external customers as well as employees
- Researches, analyzes, and monitors industry, competitors, customer trends and market opportunities
- Identifies potential areas to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
- Monitors the product pricings and analyzing the potential profitability
- Being the coordinator and point-of-contact between various media and marketing agencies and the Company
- Oversees ATL and BTL creative development, supervises the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaises with legal and compliance personnel, ensure the designs and messages meet Company’s brand and regulatory guidelines
