- Handle full spectrum of HR matters in recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development - Provide HR advisory to business leaders and manage employee relations issues - Supervise and guide the work quality of outsource providers (payroll, leave, benefits) in Singapore - Ensure the effectiveness and efficiencies of HR processes - Review and formulate HR policies to ensure they stay relevant - Execute global initiatives such as Companys spirit and dialogue process - Actively promote good workplace spirit - Stay connected with changing HR and workplace practices through networking and personal development - Successful execution and delivery of the HR plan - Maintain zero errors in payroll and general data integrity - Demonstrate skilled competencies and is consulted on various HR matters
