Competencies

To qualify, you will need a University degree coupled with 4 - 5 years of compensation experience or equivalent HR experience that includes gathering & analyzing large amounts of data and identifying implications. - Critical to the role are strong analytical and maths skills in order to perform complex analysis of compensation programs, and working knowledge of current local legislation affecting compensation policies. - Excellent interpersonal, team and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential to work within a dynamic and transnational team environment. - Strong influencing, negotiation and listening abilities are required to maintain effective partnerships with a wide variety of contacts. - Proficiency with MS Office is required. - Advance level Excel capabilities to perform statistical analysis and spreadsheet modeling are required. - Project management experience is desirable. Experience with design and implementation of variable compensation programs, and some knowledge of Executive compensation is a plus.

 
ResponsibiliTies

You will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of effective global compensation programs by providing consulting services along with research & analytical support. The scope of this position includes job evaluations, salary surveys and the development of the salary, equity, and variable pay processes. Among your day-to-day accountabilities in your global role, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners regarding compensation-related issues, and develop solutions to meet specific needs; conduct job evaluations and recommend classifications; maintain written compensation materials such as policies, guidelines and program summaries; and perform analysis and forecasting for purposes of costing, financial accruals and reporting. Participate in the development of annual salary review program recommendations; participate in the execution and enhancement of merit, equity, and variable pay programs; and lead one major global compensation process.

 
Experience

4 - 5 years of compensation experience or equivalent HR experience that includes gathering & analyzing large amounts of data and identifying implications.
