The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience: 

• Degree in Human Resources Management with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with candidates and internal clients of all levels, government authorities and agencies.
• Proactive and reliable; Team player.
• Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
• You will be required to carry out editorial work in English.

The responsibilities of this role encompasses:

• General HR functions, especially in Resourcing and Employee Relations matters
• Resourcing for candidates of various levels
• On-boarding and off-boarding administration for new hires
• Salary benchmarking and salary proposals
• Administrative duties including contract preparation, report generation and job postings
• Organize events under the Employee Relations initiative
• Maintaining and administering all Employee Relations records
• Prepare monthly HR reports for the Senior management, Board and related government agencies
