Our client, is actively searching for a Microsoft Solutions Product Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience: 

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent
  • 3-5 Years experience in Microsoft Product Sales or System Integrator, Microsoft Reseller background
  • Sales Driven and excellent communicator
 
ResponsibiliTies

The responsibilities of this role encompasses:

  • Fully focus in driving revenue for the company with full coverage on new Account
  • Define and document sales targets and other budgetary documents for presentations to immediate superior
  • Formulate and document processes and procedures to support current business needs to achieve new Accounts
  • Conduct pipeline updates on a weekly basis with daily reports to immediate superior
  • Constantly having a strong business acumen to manage the profitability of the Company
  • Having desire to win that is able to translate positive energy to team creating a fighting spirit
  • Candidate with knowledge of Office 365, Lync/Skype for Business, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint will be preferred
  • To emphasize being a Product Manager in Microsoft Solutions
  • To guide and train team members on Microsoft business development activities and make known the awareness of the business challenges faced
  • Act as a business development/sales consultant, facilitating partner planning sessions for key accounts
  • Provide Sales team with the right training and tools tn be effective within their assignments and categories on a bi-monthly basis
  • Update the Microsoft Solutions Manager and Microsoft Sales Manager on Project Issues, provide recommendation and solutions.
  • Being the Product Manager of Microsoft Solutions Division, you are tasked to be involved in the growth and development of the Microsoft Division.
  • You are expected to be a team player and working cohesively with the entire Sales Team and be forth-coming in your contributors.
