Our client, is actively searching for a Maintenance Planner to join their team.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience: 

• Diploma in any engineering discipline or with at least 3 years' relevant working experience
• Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/Food/Petrochemical Plant or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Knowledge in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) 
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Have excellent communication skills

The responsibilities of this role encompasses:

• Govern the Maintenance master copy of the maintenance plan for all equipment.
• Responsible for facilitating communication with Production Planner to plan out the appropriate maintenance schedule and ensure work order is perform according to plan scheduled and close on time.
• To liaise with Manufacturing Department on the DM & PM criticalness and prioritization. 
• To keep equipment maintained with least impact to production uptime.
• Monthly tracking and report on equipment MTBF.
• Liaise with external party (vendor) on the maintenance work that requires fabrication / modification or site servicing.
• Generate weekly/monthly MEx KPI reports
