Our client, is actively searching for a Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical) to join their team.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience: 

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Hands on experience in analog and digital design for power electronics products.
  • Hands on experience in 8/16/32 bit Microcontroller SCB and Power Amp board trouble-shooting.
  • Experience in NI Labview and FPGA tool for SCB and Power Amp board design will be an added advantage.
 
ResponsibiliTies

The responsibilities of this role encompasses:

  • Provide sustaining Engineering support for the manufacturing and testing of instruments for Research and Diagnostic use.
  • Involved in solving design problems as well as developing manufacturing test fixtures and tools to facilitate in the manufacturing of the instrument.
  • Managing manufacturing transfer, planning and designing new production processes.
  • Perform IQ/OQ/PQ for manufacturing line setup.
  • Provide continuous engineering support, e.g. performing engineering evaluation of alternate component due to component EOL or design improvement for quality improvement.
  • Ensure corrective actions are addressed appropriately and implemented in a timely manner
  • Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customer.
