Competencies
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautic/Electronics or equivalent engineering Degree
  • Experience as a maintenance engineer/ project leader/planner
  • Experience or Sound knowledge of Project Management.
  • Computer skills including- MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, IFS tool & data records.
  • Sound knowledge of Aircraft maintenance Programs/Schedules/Systems
  • Sound knowledge of airworthiness/regulatory requirements such as FAA, CAAS & other NAAs
  • Experience with computer based maintenance control programs i.e. CAMP, Flight Docs
  • Sound knowledge of OEM warranty / Service Centre requirements
  • Sound knowledge of company policies & procedures relating to Maintenance & training
  • Sound knowledge of risk management standards.
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S required

 

 
ResponsibiliTies
Our client, is actively searching for a Technical Service Engineer/Project Manager to join their team.
This role is a constructive step forward for anyone looking for excitement and challenges at work.
The responsibilities of this role encompasses:
  • Responsible for the development of aircraft project plan and timeline, provided leadership for production engineers, implemented and managed multiple projects from aircraft induction through to aircraft re-delivery while ensuring the projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations
  • Aircraft projects include major modifications, heavy scheduled maintenance and aircraft paint works for product family of Aircraft other General Aviation product lines
  • Provide 24/7 AOG operations support to customers
  • Responsible in contract establishment with Sales for researching, development and submission of quotations for bidding of aircraft projects
  • Understanding of each customers’ regulatory requirements to ensure aircraft projects delivered meets the airworthiness regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for every aircraft projects’ OEM Warranty Claims and as a consultant to customers’ enquiries regarding their respective aircraft’s Warranty
