Our client, an established public university is actively searching for a Senior Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Development or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in supporting CET related programmes. Prior experience in working with faculty and understanding of the education industry would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of financial models, including familiarity with various sources of funding from government agencies for CET/Skillsfuture programmes
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong analytical ability and good project management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to manage multiple projects and tight timelines simultaneously
  • Self-driven, resourceful and committed individual

 

 
ResponsibiliTies

The responsibilities of this role encompasses:

  • Support the Deputy Director to bring CET/Skillsfuture, Upskilling and Reskilling programmes from idea to fruition
  • Develop good relationships between the university  and CET/Skillsfuture alliance partners and stakeholders such as public sector agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning
  • Work closely with faculty and industry partners on development of programmes and dissemination of programme updates to participants
  • Manage marketing, program administration and logistics to facilitate a seamless participant experience
  • Build and continuously strengthen processes and service delivery standards
