Our client, a global MNC is actively searching for Manufacturing Technician to join their team.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Degree in any discipline preferred.
• The ability to troubleshoot hardware problem in production printers is an added advantage
• To have basic knowledge of print color management
• To have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and is a good team player
• Possess good knowledge of basic PC, Laptop, IT hardware and MS office   
• At least minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in providing printers technical support.

 

The responsibilities of this role encompass:

• Non-manager position in Technical Support for Production Printers
• To provide technical support and resolve technical issues for production printers

• To provide remote support for other operating companies in the region
• To conduct technical hardware training for other operating companies in the region
• To assist in problem escalation to HQ
• To work closely with the product specialist to resolve product issues
• To provide back-up support to other team members’ product in their absence
• To help to improve the product performance from the field feedback data.
• The ability to provide after office hours remote technical support, if necessary.
