The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

  • Good Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 4 - 7 years of work experience in international affairs, government relations, marketing or admissions.
  • Strong networking & interpersonal skills
  • Understanding and prior experience working in markets in the ASEAN, South Asia or North Asia regions.
  • Effective project management and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Exercise peer leadership and informal team management as and when need arises
  • Regional (and occasionally international) travel expected.

 

 
ResponsibiliTies

The job purposes for this role include:

To develop an effective marketing & admissions strategy to attract the Region's best students for the School, so that we are able to prepare future leaders in Asia to create better outcomes and improved governance for Asia.

The overall responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing & admissions strategy for the region the manager is assigned to
  • Develop and proactively manage partnerships that will enable the school to build a steady and effective pipeline of eligible students
  • Seen as "go-to-market" expert for the region the manager is responsible for, and able to provide insights and field reports to the School Senior Management, Faculty and other departments about the education market as well as broader market insights that are relevant to the School.
  • With the support of the Marketing & Communications Unit, direct and create relevant marketing materials for the region.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships for the region - including donors, academic community, corporates, alumni, prospective students and media.
  • Manage resources such as budget and manpower
