ResponsibiliTies |
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Donor Relations Team, which has been newly grouped under Corporate Services, in the team's implementation and execution of donor and donation related programs and services.
The roles and responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide overall support in the administrative process of gift processing and gift recording by coordinating with internal stakeholders and maintain regular communications with DVO.
- Assist with the gift acknowledgement process including preparing thank you letters, official gift receipts and relevant correspondences with donors, and ensure proper gift administration.
- Compile and prepare timely annual reports for scholarships, professorships, events and other supported programs.
- Support donor relations’ endeavour by providing analyses on existing donors and researching on prospects.
- Provide support on regular communications with donors through traditional and online channels including sharing monthly broadcasts and other relevant publications and reports.
- Provide support in stewardship activities and identifying donor engagement opportunities.
- Assist in the revamping of the Giving website to enhance quality of acknowledgement to donors as well as attract attention and support from stakeholders.
- Maintain an updated record of donor and prospect database, and support the integration to new CRM system.
- Drive the annual class giving campaigns to achieve higher participation
