In order to be successful for this role, the candidate must possess the following competencies and experience:

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration is ideal.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Possess excellent business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 4 to 5 years’ experience mainly in the area of Controlling and Reporting.

 

The roles and responsibilities of this role include:

• Support Head of Controlling, Asia in planning and monitoring financial performance at regional level.
• Support management in developing strategies, business plan and performance measurements
• Develop financial plans, objectives and forecasts.
• Participate in strategic projects (acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring)
• Provide advice to management on operational business steering.
• Analyse BU performance and propose gap closing and corrective measures.
• Monitor financial resources of BU, including CAPEX and NWC.
• Prepare and analyse management information on rolling business performance.
• Review feasibility studies and CARs for investments; conducts financial analysis.
• Acts as a trainer of the central reporting system (Eureka)
• Act as interface with Global BU Controlling, Corporate Controlling.
