In order to be successful for this role, the candidate must posses the following competencies and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an established university in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Arts Management
• 9 years of relevant experience in marketing or fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector, of which at least 3 years and above or equivalent should be in a managerial role
• Good supervisory, interpersonal and people management skills, with ability to manage and interact at all levels
• Excellent networking capabilities with a strong acumen for connecting the dots to make things happen
• Proficient in leading project management from conceptualisation to actualisation, with a keen eye on results and return on investments
• Results-oriented with good management of budgets, resources and time
• Familiar with Mac operating system
• Passion for the Arts and Education

 

The overall responsibilities of this role include:

• Reporting to the Director, Division of Advancement
• Assist to lead and manage a variety of institutional projects and events, including fundraising projects and the development of alumni relations for the College, to achieve a high level of operational excellence and to maintain the College's cutting edge as a leading contemporary arts institution.
