In order to be successful for this role, the candidate must possess the following competencies and experience:

• Degree in Communication Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics Engineering.
• Proficient in C/C++ and Microsoft .NET development using C#
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented development design and methodologies Prior experience in a technical leadership position
• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.

 

The overall responsibilities of this role include:

• Responsible for managing the software development life cycle. This includes software quality testing and ensuring that the team adheres to the company software development process
• Responsible for software requirements, design and test documentation
• Collaborate with System Lead, Software QA, Software Safety and Information Assurance representatives to plan, design, develop, and test software and firmware applications
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery, on-time and on-budget
