Our client is actively search for a Sales Manager (Pumps) to join their team!

In order to be successful for this role, the candidate must possess the following competencies and experience:

• Engineering Diploma or degree, Mechanical or Electrical preferred
• 5 years’ experience in selling pumps directly in Singapore Market
• Experienced in selling submersible & vertical lineshaft Centrifugal Pumps in Water and or Offshore/ Marine Industry
• Have engaged with EPCs to sell pumps system solution

 

The roles and responsibilities of this role include:

• To sell into the targeted markets and customers mainly PC/O&G and Offshore/Marine Industries
• Understand the targeted market potentials, plan and manage the team to meet the KPI objectives
• Manage a Department of Sales & Application Engineers
• To do a regular sales reports, market trends and acquire new key products to grow Department business.
• To project sales and sales management
• To manage key account
• To develop and expand new products
