Our client is looking for an Assistant Enterprise Information System to join their esteemed organization.

In order to be successful for this role, the candidate must possess the following competencies and experience:
- Degree in IT
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with good track record of project management, business analysis and software development with at least 5 years in a line management role. Candidate who has good student admin domain and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions knowledge is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasive and communication skills (both oral and written skills are essential). Able to work well with people at different levels of the organization.
- Ability to provide a balanced view of a problem situation, good problem solver and able to guide team to conceptualize complex business issues and provide effective solutions.
- Good knowledge of software development life cycles, software engineering best practices and quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills, able to lead by example and motivate teams; candidate with hybrid skill sets, i.e. functional, technical (e.g. PeopleSoft Campus Solutions configuration and development) and managerial will have an advantage to perform well in this position.
- Strong management skills in team, project, change, outsourcing and contract management.

ResponsibiliTies |
The roles and responsibilities of this role include:
- Head the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of student information systems
- Recruit, coach, develop and motivate team members
- Set goals/ targets for team, and drive action plans to closure
- Manage projects (both in-house and outsourced) to ensure that business solutions proposed are sound, and the defined service levels and schedules are met with satisfaction
- Translate project strategy into tasks/activities and manage risks within each phase of the project
- Form good user relations and cultivate trust among users and staff
- Ensure prompt and efficient support services for the end users, including request and issue management
- Ensure high quality of deliverables
- Conduct reviews to gather user feedback and plan for continuous improvements
- Assist supervisor in strategic planning and budgeting
