ResponsibiliTies
  • Prepare all relevant documentations for sale and purchase of commercial and private properties.

  • Liaise with clients, Solicitors, financial institutes and other third party providers.

  • Complete and submit all necessary real estate forms with the relevant authorities within the deadlines specified.

  • Prepare, complete and submit all legal documentation for every real estate transaction.

  • Review and proof-read all legal documentation to ensure compliance with legal procedures.

  • Create and maintain professional relationships with clients.

  • Conduct searches using Singapore Land Authority’s e-lodgement system.

  • Schedule appointments with clients as and when necessary.

  • Manage the purchase and sale process from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are maintained and adhered to.

  • Undertake any specific training courses as identified by the HR Manager.

  • Create and maintain professional relationships with employees and Partners.

  • Operate the Firm’s quality procedures as specified in the current edition of the Service Standards

  • Be subject to varying degrees of supervision on a day-to-day basis liaising with the Conveyancing Partner on a regular basis. To work on own initiative.

  • Undertake any other duties which from time-to-time may be allocated.

  • Operate safely in the workplace.

  • Respond to customers/clients specific requests for information on services.

 

 
Experience

Salary
$3000 -- $3500 per Month
