Prepare all relevant documentations for sale and purchase of commercial and private properties.

Liaise with clients, Solicitors, financial institutes and other third party providers.

Complete and submit all necessary real estate forms with the relevant authorities within the deadlines specified.

Prepare, complete and submit all legal documentation for every real estate transaction.

Review and proof-read all legal documentation to ensure compliance with legal procedures.

Create and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Conduct searches using Singapore Land Authority’s e-lodgement system.
-
Schedule appointments with clients as and when necessary.
-
Manage the purchase and sale process from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are maintained and adhered to.

Undertake any specific training courses as identified by the HR Manager.

Create and maintain professional relationships with employees and Partners.

Operate the Firm’s quality procedures as specified in the current edition of the Service Standards

Be subject to varying degrees of supervision on a day-to-day basis liaising with the Conveyancing Partner on a regular basis. To work on own initiative.

Undertake any other duties which from time-to-time may be allocated.

Operate safely in the workplace.

Respond to customers/clients specific requests for information on services.
