Occasional travel to field site or customer site with product related issues.

Review engineering drawings, part report, design documentations, and test reports for accuracy & soundness of judgment.

Functions as a project lead and significant contributor to the assigned project, provide project status report to Technical managers on a weekly basis.

Leads one or more engineers or drafter on a project basis, ensuring the engineering output meets the customer requirements, with on-time completion.

Lead discussion & display technical leadership in design reviews.

Application of engineering laws, principles, and industry knowledge in the improvement & development of technologies, as and when applicable.

Develop innovative solutions for complex technical problems that may include conceptualization of new designs over established designs, with consideration of risks, benefit, and impact on current state.

Demonstrates some degree of leadership

Review / approve disposition of Quality Notification (QN) and Field Non-Conformance Report (FNCR). Perform root cause analysis to prevent future reoccurrence.

Provide technical support to the machine shop, and Assembly & Testing

Provide technical support to field service related issue

Conduct technical presentations to other job functions or customers.
