ResponsibiliTies
  • Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and Line Managers in the Business Unit
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes at the Business side
  • Builds strong relationship with Business Clients at all levels
  • To promote philosophy of putting Business needs first at every opportunity and work with COC team to place management arrangement to action this
  • To work with Senior Management of the Business to give HR expertise advice on talent, recruitment, compensation, grievances / complains and learning of the employees
  • To work with Senior Management team to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, via review of organizational structures, stream-lining of business processes, continuous improvements and performance management
  • Act as catalyst for change and innovation driving cultural changes to improve organizational effectiveness and embed DKSH corporate values; facilitate organizational change by engaging people in the identification and understanding the need for the change
  • Recruits and identifies key talents for Business and work with COC team on recruitment and talent management
  •  Facilitates the Business to bring best solutions for the employees
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management within the business
  • Working with respective COC team to develop and implement the full range of the workforce, succession planning and talent management strategies that will support the delivery of the business requirements
  • Provide advice and guidance to the Senior Business Partners on the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and statutory requirements
  • Support and guide the Business on the implementation of Human Resources Corporate Policies relations and effective negotiation and consultation practices are in place in order to support the achievement of business objectives
  • To raise performance in the Business by contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency
  • To anticipate issues and problems and guide the Business in responding to these issues or problems as and when required to do so
  • Acts as a member of the Business team representing Human Resources in a professional and consultative manner
  • To engage proactive relationships with COC team particularly in relations to transactional payroll, and ensure that payroll are updated of developments in pay and conditions of employment in the Business
 
Experience
