Competencies

  • Have worked in a manufacturing environment

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing

  • Or High Nitec or with relevant experiences will also be considered

  • Computer literate / versatile in handing data

  • MRP knowledge

  • Have experience in using SAP will be advantage

  • Proactive with drive to achieve results

  • Must demonstrate strong negotiation skills, planning skills and strong

  • interpersonal skills in order to interact with co-workers and suppliers in a team-oriented environment

  • Staff influence and able to work independently

  • Good written and verbal communications
 
ResponsibiliTies

  • Responsible for Master Production Schedule (MPS) management execution.

  • Ensure orders smooth flow from production to assembly.

  • Coordinate with planning groups on purchasing and manufacturing.

  • Interface with Assembly / Warehouse for smooth execution.

  • Coordinate and ensure FAT/SIT requirements are met.

  • Coordinate and plan for shipment.

  • Review orders to ensure on time delivery.

  • Ensure shipment monthly targets are met.

  • Provide order status reports.

  • Ensure review for orders with 3 months horizon are review and checked.
 
Experience

  • Have worked in a manufacturing environment
