Competencies
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business with at least 5 years of experience in a B2B product marketing position, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in strategic planning is preferred.
  • Highly proficient in oral & written communication skills and also highly effective in presentation skills.
  • Able to travel both regionally and globally.
 
ResponsibiliTies
  • Work with the regional Presidents and Sales leaders to develop annual marketing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Generate, evaluate and execute growth and customer programs, e.g. emerging markets, VOC, KAM and channels management.
  • Develop, plan and execute KAM program, Drive KAs for region, including alignment for global KAs.
  • Support, align and drive market planning/development for New Products Development.
  • Plan and roll-out NPD initiatives to the market.
  • Support special projects and strategic planning in region.
 
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B product marketing position, preferably in a regional capacity.
