Competencies
  • Must have a Degree from a recognised University with 10-15 years’ experience in individual-solutions selling or key client-portfolio development.
  • Must have strategic selling mindset with proven ability to cultivate high net worth clientele and complex opportunities that involve multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a group and individual setting. Tactful, sophisticated and credible with strong intellectual curiosity for communicating to prospects about the various causes and impact of thought leaders.

ResponsibiliTies
  • Cultivate major gifts from a portfolio of prospective donors which includes high net worth individuals, corporations and foundations.
  • Achieve individual fundraising goals from a portfolio of prospective donors.
  • Serve as a primary contact point for prospective donors in the assigned portfolio.
  • Write articulate and compelling proposals to attract prospective donors to give to various philanthropic causes at the University.
  • Engage prospective donors through meaningful activities in order to deepen their relationship with students, academia, research and leaders at the University.
  • Productively utilize available platforms such as research, events, volunteers and their supporting teams to engage prospective donors with the philanthropic causes at the University.
  • Report individual progress to management on the status of cultivating assigned prospective donors.
  • Accurately maintain information on the progress of assigned gift cases in the central database.
  • Work closely with donor stewardship to be up-to-date on the fulfillment of received gifts.
  • Build strong working relationships with gift recipients at the University.
  • Undertake and perform other duties as assigned.
 
Experience

Salary
$8000 -- $10000 per Month
