ResponsibiliTies
  • You will provide support in HR Talent Management. This includes administering of the healthcare talent management programme, managing the database for healthcare’s talent pool, and succession planning for key positions at the cluster level.
  • You will also be working closely with healthcare institution and institutions to review development opportunities and ensure the talent pool is trained in specific leadership programmes. You will be required to work closely with various stakeholders to review development opportunities and ensure the talent pool is trained in specific leadership programmes.
  • Your key working partners include talent management colleagues from healthcare institutions, with some exposure to external training coordinators. .

Experience
