Competencies

ResponsibiliTies
  • You will provide support in Organisational Development and Human Resource Projects. This includes being involved to drive and support culture building initiatives and covers ideation, operationalizing, coordinating, and managing events and indicators’ tracking.
  • For HR projects, you may also be assigned to assist with on-going or new projects in various areas, such as HR policies, productivity and process improvements.
  • You will be required to work closely with various stakeholders for the organisational development and human resource projects. The key working partners include human resource, corporate communications and other colleagues from healthcare institutions, with some exposure to counterparts in public healthcare and external vendors.
 
Experience

Salary
$3400 -- $3700 per Month
