Competencies
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Learning, Talent Management and Succession Planning. Of which, at least 2 years are in a team leader position
  • A resourceful, innovative, and meticulous individual with exemplary planning and execution skills and able to multi-task
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

 

 
ResponsibiliTies

You will lead a team and partner with the Management and line to build staff competencies, as well as identify, develop and engage talents for succession planning. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of Learning & Development:

  • Planning, execution and evaluation of the overall corporate learning plan;
  • Design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning programmes;
  • Partner with the Management to review the succession plans and talent pipeline, as well as identify, develop and engage the High Potentials and Succession Candidates;
  • Analyse the HR dashboard for learning, talent management and succession planning; and
  • Review the systems and processes related to learning and development and enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • You may also undertake organisation development projects. 
 
Experience
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Learning, Talent Management and Succession Planning. Of which, at least 2 years are in a team leader position
  • A resourceful, innovative, and meticulous individual with exemplary planning and execution skills and able to multi-task
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and facilitation skills

$5500 -- $6000 per Month
