Competencies
  • Must have a Degree from a good university with at least 5 years of working experience.
  • Experience in quality assurance and performance management in the higher education sector will be an added advantage.

ResponsibiliTies
  • The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Coordination is part of the team driving the strategic planning and organisational excellence initiatives of the University.
    In this role, you will support and facilitate the development and implementation of corporate work plans and strategies.
  • You will also be supporting and facilitating the corporate performance management process by analysing and reporting on key performance indicators to achieve strategic goals. You will develop initiatives that will pilot the University towards organisational excellence. You will work closely with Divisions to develop systems and processes to support the quality management system.
  • You will draft and prepare proposals/presentations for management reporting. Provides secretarial support for major committees and meetings and any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
     
 
Experience
  • In order to excel in this role, you must have a Degree from a good university with at least 5 years of working experience.

Salary
$5000 -- $7000 per Month
