The roles and responsibilities of this role include:

  • In this role, you will be involved in Stewardship and Advancement Services. You will strategize and implement the stewardship programme to create a pleasant and positive philanthropic experience for the donors and thereafter develop sustainable giving. Carry out effective communication and relationship-building with existing donors on stewardship matters pertaining to their gifts. Assist in donor's report on information concerning the utilization of their gifts to improve or continue positive relationships. Write personal acknowledgment and stewardship letters for signature by senior management. Collaborate with fundraising staff to develop acknowledgment and recognition procedures for gifts that are customized for different donors. Assist in preparation of other regular and special reports for donors. Coordinate and work with the Financial Assistance administrators to ensure gifts towards financial support are given out in a timely manner with the necessary follow-up on stewardship and donor accountability. You wil work with the Advancement team to profile donors through various communication modes and materials to foster relationship building and facilitate future giving.
  • You will also be involved in Advancement Services. You will manage and execute meetings and events that advance donor involvement, cultivation and stewardship for principal and major gifts. You will work with the various schools/offices/institutes to coordinate events with donor's involvement. You will support events that are organised by the department. You also be supporting the Assistant Director on generating reports for management, fund classification and other matters pertaining to donation enquiry.
