ResponsibiliTies

Oversee the design, management and review of the Career Services portals/systems, and e-learning platforms

A.   For Career Services portals/systems:

  • Analyse current systems requirements, specify and shape the requirements and operations, the user interface and output, and present a proposal to implement solution within a timeframe and budget

  • Oversee all stages of software development, from concept, design, prototyping to coding, testing and implementation

B.   For e-learning platform:

  • Partner with team to develop learning content and translate into clearly structured and user-friendly learning and communications materials

  • Build creative materials and interactive training content including demos, job aids, surveys, quizzes and learning activities

  • Manage the data and analyse the user trends of the various systems and platforms

  • Work with team to review and identify existing career services that could be more effectively managed with technology

  • Explore and implement virtual career education and online recruitment options to create an online community for career engagement and education

  • Responsible for scanning and analysis of career opportunities to understand the trends and needs

  • Support the Division in all IT related duties including training of new systems

  • Any other duties as assigned by Director, Career Services
 
Experience
