Degree in IT related field, preferably with CISA certification
• Minimum 8 years of IT audit experience
• Knowledge and experience in audit of SAP and People Soft application would be advantageous
• Sound knowledge of risk management & internal control concepts
• Independent, self-motivated and resourceful
• Ability to multi-task and good project management skill
• Good report writing & inter-personal skills

| ResponsibiliTies |
Assist in risk assessment and internal control evaluation of the University’s Operations, in particular, the IT environment
• Plan and conduct IT audits (e.g. IT General Controls audit and applications controls review)
• Identify areas for improvements & draft audit reports
• Discuss issues raised & conduct exit meetings with auditees
• Perform periodic follow up audits & monitor status of implementation
• Review new IT applications development (i.e. perform system development life cycle (SDLC) review and provide advisories on risk and control
• Review & recommend improvements to existing IT policy & procedures
• Assist in preparation of audit committee meeting materials
• Manage outsourced IT audits
