ResponsibiliTies |
Reporting to the Director, you will provide executive support (e.g. calendar scheduling, meetings), analysis and reporting, and diligent management of internal/ external stakeholders. The incumbent will also undertake projects and initiatives as assigned to drive process improvement, e.g. contingent staff management.
- Provide executive support to the Director, Campaign & Engagement Management, which includes calendar scheduling, communication, analysis and organisation of activities that involve internal/external stakeholders.
- Liaise with colleagues and external divisions in the university on activities such as coordination of internal/external meetings and follow-up to activities under implementation.
- Collate information from various teams, analyse data and prepare executive management reports.
- Assist the Director in the preparation of presentations and meeting papers.
- Support diligent follow-up, summarised progress reports and maintain meeting minutes, where required.
- Assist the Director in the timely delivery of information to internal/external stakeholders.
- Support all people-related requirements, administration and coordination for the various teams within the Campaign & Engagement department.
- Manage contingent workforce and contract staff to ensure timely and optimum resource management.
- Maintain and monitor department budget from the monthly operational report.
- Project management role in coordinating, tracking and following up with the various projects and associated tasks in the department.
- Undertake other duties and tasks, as advised.

Experience |
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in roles involving multiple stakeholder engagements.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
- Pro-active with project management and expert organising skills.
- Strong relationship handling skills and confident in interacting with senior management.

$5500 -- $6200 per Month |
