• Organised and mature, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The roles and responsibilities of this role include:

• Reach out to organisations to build and cultivate partnerships to facilitate their talent management programmes and secure opportunities for the university's students for work-study programme, and full-time employment 
• Advise industry leaders on the optimum ways to secure our graduates for their corporate needs through organising and planning networking sessions, career and industry talks, onsite/offsite events. 
• Develop and implement employment process and timelines
• Use the online systems effectively to reach out and track students and their progress and keep track of IWSP opportunities and job opportunities
• Work with faculty members to develop suitable Career and Professional Development modules to prepare students for IWSP
• Provide career guidance to our  students, to help them explore careers that match their interest, values and skills.
• Any other duties as assigned by Director Career Services Experience
