Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Development or related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in supporting CET related programmes. Prior experience in working with faculty and understanding of the education industry would be advantageous
- Good understanding of financial models, including familiarity with various sources of funding from government agencies for CET/Skillsfuture programmes
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical ability and good project management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

ResponsibiliTies |
The Senior Manager / Manager will assist the Deputy Director (CET) in the implementation and running of a CET/Skillsfuture Centre for the University.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Deputy Director to bring CET/Skillsfuture, Upskilling and Reskilling programmes from idea to fruition
- Develop good relationships between the university and CET/Skillsfuture alliance partners and stakeholders such as public sector agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning
- Work closely with faculty and industry partners on development of programmes and dissemination of programme updates to participants
- Manage marketing, program administration and logistics to facilitate a seamless participant experience
- Build and continuously strengthen processes and service delivery standards
