ResponsibiliTies
  • The Project Coordinator will support the project order management and be the main contact point of all communication.
  • Manage the entire documentation process from preliminary to final submission for assigned projects or contracts in areas including technical drawings, engineering documentation and Inspection & test plan.
  • Organise project meeting with customer (internal & external) to execute documentation submission on a timely basis.
  • Manage supplier’s performance to meet customer documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with Finance Team to facilitate timely submission of documentation and billing.
  • The scope of responsibilities may be altered from time to time and as required by the Company.
 
Experience
  • The successful Project Coordinator should meet the following requirements:
  • Possess Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years related experience
  • Ability to understand technical drawings is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge in Documentation Control or Engineering drafting environment.
  • Prior experience in managing projects/contracts is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and is a strong team player.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Available to start work Immediately or within short notice period.

Salary
$4000 -- $5000 per Month
