ResponsibiliTies
  • Working within development team and multi- functional members for engineering activities.
  • Conduct failure analysis, testing and
  • Conducts feasibility studies on customization projects, ideas and testing.
  • Provides design relevant documentation.
  • Work closely with quality team to conducts design validation tests and evaluates first article sample or second source
  • Participates tooling design and manufacturability review.
  • Support pre and post production run leading to resolve manufacturing problem log associated with mechanical parts or assembly process.
  • Support sustenance issue and field return issue.
 
Experience
  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in ME or equivalent.
  • Must be pro-efficient in 3D cad design software
  • Familiar with GD&T and Cp/Cpk
  • Realistic tolerances (RSS, MRSS) and GR&R
  • Hi-volume manufacturing/design experiences
  • Design/hardware qualification and testing experiences a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of plastic injection molding, tooling and other manufacturing methods
  • Shall be familiar with fastening technologies and assembly methods for electronic devices.
  • Familiar with prototyping technologies such as Stereo lithography and machining.
  • Familiar with electro-mechanical design such as Flexible Printed Circuits and I/O connectors.
  • Good writing and communication skills, familiar with MS Office tools.
  • Be able and willing to travel to support the tooling, production and other needs of the company.
 
Salary
$5000 -- $5600 per Month
