Are you having a strong industry and operation knowledge in Logistics industry and wanted to move on to handle major Key Account projects?
 
A leading company is looking for an Implementation Manager for their expansion and growth plans.
 
As a successful candidate, you should have a Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering and IT with 5-8 yrs relevant experience from Freight forwarding and logistics industry and having minimum 3 years of people and resource management skills.  You need to possess basic management skill in root cause analysis, identify solutions and delivering solutions for service failures. As you will be working closely under matrix organization, you need to possess certain charisma in your leadership and able to communicate well with the people in the project team. As this is an Independent Contributor role, you would need to have the sense of accountability and continuous improvement mindset to run the Key projects. Minimum software skill in excel spreadsheet as well as Warehouse and Inventory Management Applications is required.
 
ResponsibiliTies
 
This role is a newly created role and you will be reporting directly to the Head of Logistics division with key focus in handling Key clients projects from conceptualizing stage till implementation stage. You will work with the management Team to optimize warehousing and logistics operation on people and warehousing resources management to delivery effective and efficient operation services to customers.
 
Experience
