To prepare/review monthly income & expenditure statement by department, comparing actual results to budget/forecast for the Management committee.
To prepare/review annual 10 years financial forecast of the non-self-funding units of the school.
To prepare/review the Finance committee paper on the yearly financial report on Budget vs Actual of the school.
To prepare/review the Governing Board paper on the periodic financial report on Budget vs Actual of the school.
To prepare/review the annual audited statutory accounts of the school.
To prepare/review the annual budget by department of the school.
To review and ensure accuracy of accounts closing and day to day operation
To monitor and ensure the school's funds are invested or set aside for operation use
Responsible for compilation of management reports and paper instructed by the Management Committee, Finance committee or Governing Board
Responsible for monitoring th returns from the school's endowment funds
To prepare cost analysis, cost components by departments
To improve on internal control in all areas of Finance
To improve on efficiecny in report generation
Liase with other functional managers to put the finances and accounts in context
To supervise and provide guidance to staff members
