Competencies
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting in the freight industry and systems experience including process design across multiple software platforms; significant experience and knowledge of integrated environment;
  • Possess an in depth knowledge on the International Ocean Freight Forwarding Business  would be an advantage
  • Possess good analytical skills and a strong negotiator
  • Must be able to travel and work independently
  • Responsible, mature, hands-on, meticulous, detailed, proactive and committed team player
 
ResponsibiliTies
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for evaluating key financial processes, functional requirements for Financial, systems capabilities, identifying and leading transformational opportunities
  • Work in partnership with Global Headquarter and country Finance team to optimise business processes
  • Plan, manage and implement functional process reviews and applications development projects and programs
  • Define KPIs to measure adoption of financial processes and to measure financial processes effectiveness (e.g. accuracy of data input in the systems)
  • Review and monitor regularly the KPIs, measure the gap with target and report to the Management;
  • Perform fact based review and perform audit in the countries already functioning with the global system, such as awareness of the capabilities of the system, knowledge of the operations, trainings for all business operation, correct usage of the system
 
Experience
  • Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting in the freight industry and systems experience including process design across multiple software platforms; significant experience and knowledge of integrated environment;

Salary
