Competencies
  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of experience in managing related field in a managerial position with exposure to ISO9001/14001 and Aerospace AS9100 certification environment.
  • Experience in SAP, Oracle, Epicor or any other ERP system.
  • Team player and able to work in fast paced environment.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.

 
 
ResponsibiliTies
  • Oversees daily operation to ensure production quantity and quality targets are met.
  • Coordinates all production activities: Determining, planning, implementing and monitoring production strategies, policies and workflow processes through lean principle applications.
  • Oversees troubleshooting of process, quality and equipment, anticipate potential operational issues and derive appropriate corrective actions.
  • Oversees the acquisition and installation of new tooling and equipment.
  • Establishing and managing budgets, monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to reduce costs.
  • Ensures operations are updated constantly in compliance to good manufacturing practices with Standard Operating Procedures in accordance to the system setup.
  • Developing constructive partnership with Design Engineering on new product launch processes.
  • Administers occupational health and safety requirements.

     
 
Experience
  • At least 15 years of experience in managing related field in a managerial position with exposure to ISO9001/14001 and Aerospace AS9100 certification environment.
 
Salary
$6500 -- $8000 per Month
